Spray Tanning Dallas
It’s no secret that sunbathing is incredibly dangerous. Spray tanning is the safe alternative to achieve a healthy glow, with none of the risk or pesky tan lines. If you’ve tried sunless tanning and been disappointed by the results, let our MedSpa spray tanning change your mind. Plano and Frisco area women and men can get a natural-looking tan featuring board-certified plastic surgeon Charles A. Wallace, M.D.
What is Spray Tanning?
Spray tanning is a procedure in which a specialized solution is applied to the body using an incredibly fine mist. The solution contains agents which darken the skin and result in the look of a natural tan. Our pigments are specially created to mimic the look of a natural, olive tan, never leaving an orange tint to the skin. The procedure does not use any lights and, therefore, carries none of the risks associated with UV exposure.
Who Can Benefit from a Spray Tan?
If you’re unhappy with the tone of your skin and enjoy the benefits of a tan, spray tanning can benefit you. This procedure is risk-free and truly can benefit anyone who would like to achieve the look he or she gets from being outside in the sun. Many of our clients choose to get spray tanning to look his or her best for a special event, vacation or holiday. Other clients get spray tans regularly to achieve a healthy, youthful look year-round.
Why Get a Spray Tan?
People have been noting the benefits of a good tan for decades. From bathing in the sun with oils to tanning beds to sunless tanning lotions at home, we have always enjoyed the look of sun-kissed skin. Spray tanning allows for all of the benefits of a good tan with none of the risks associated with alternate methods. With spray tans, there is no risk of skin damage, cancer, tan lines or pesky streaking. Spray tans also last longer than at-home methods and provide a beautiful all-over color which fades evenly and with subtlety.
How Should I Prepare for a Spray Tan?
The spray tan application is fast and easy, however for best results, we can make some recommendations. Please arrive at the appointment with clean skin which has not been moisturized since your last procedure. For the most long-lasting application, we also recommend using an exfoliant in the shower before your appointment. To avoid any of the tan from unevenly fading, it is best to wear loose-fitting garments which will not rub the skin after your appointment. We also recommend wearing dark clothing, so that no color will show on the fabric. However, once the color is fully developed and you have showered, you no longer need to worry about the color transferring to clothing or linens.
How Much Does Spray Tanning Cost?
The cost of a spray tan varies among our clients, call our office today for the specific cost of your desired spray tanning appointment.
